Welcome to the TR Fitness Team!

Thank you for joining us as we continue our mission of serving communities across Missouri. At TR Fitness, we believe that fitness is not just about sweat and reps; it’s about creating a supportive and inspiring community where everyone can thrive.

TR Fitness began in 2009 as a group fitness/jiu jitsu school called Team Respect. It was a small space in Mtn. Grove, MO where we could work out and train with friends after teaching and coaching at the local Middle and High School.

After outgrowing that space in less than three months, and the next space within six, we threw caution to the wind and add a 24-hour facility to go with our classes. In 2010 we opened TR Fitness a 24-hour facility offering gym, classes, and tanning. Doors opened for a location in Branson, MO, and after a few hard learning experiences we have been expanding TR Fitness Facilities ever since.

Those hard lessons brought us back to our beginning. We found smaller communities, like the ones we grew up in, needed quality 24-hour fitness facilities just like the bigger cities. It's our goal to offer that space where individuals can come together, support one another, and achieve their personal fitness goals in a judgement free and friendly environment.

Connecting with people and doing life together has been one of the greatest blessings we never saw coming. Each location brings new relationships, stories, and impact that has enriched our lives in ways we couldn't have imagined.
